Was I unlucky or is the quality just bad?

At first glance it's a really great shoe. At second glance, you notice that the workmanship on the edges of the laces looks sloppy (similar to Rudi's Turbine). But the fact that the first seam came undone after 5x children's training is a cheeky thing.
