Adidas has shocked the wrestling world again with their Flying Impact wrestling shoes. The shoe’s design and construction is unlike anything that has come before it. The front of the upper is made of decorated synthetic leather, complete with several small ventilation holes to keep your toes dry. The rest of the upper is layered with integrated mesh, and TPU overlays to keep the upper smooth, seamless, and durable. These shoes are also taller than the average wrestling shoe, offering superior ankle support and comfort. Its V-shaped foil guarantees amazing heel support and cushioning. The Flying Impact features one of the most advances outsoles on the market. It’s made for incredible grip, control, and durability. The solid one-piece outsole is specially molded with wrestling specific DriveZones with RadialCurve contour for maximal traction and performance.
“ just got these shoes and i love the way they feel. Grip was an issue but as soon as I had worn them for about a week with hard wrestling, they became not only super grippy, but very comfortable as well. ”
“ The flying impact is a very high quality shoe! Performs well and grips nicely after about a 2-3 week grace period in order to break in the sole. Comfortably is very good with high ankle support so i have never rolled an ankle in these shoes.”
The adidas impact is an excellent wrestling shoe that will cover all of your needs, with a unique and wide variety of color schemes.
These are the BEST shoe♂️
I was on bottom and I did a sit out and when the person I was wrestling put pressure into my I slid across the mat cause I only had my horrible adidas wrestling shoes on . Worst shoes I’ve ever owned
Pros: Very good support; cool looking. Cons: Tears easy; very stiff. If you like a very firm supportive shoe, they are what you'll love, but you will sacrifice some things like ripping and seem breakage.
Great grip and amazing fit. Looks good too.
Great shoe! Love the ankle support.
These make for great boxing shoes as it provides nice ankle support, decent grip, and has nice looking colors. I'd buy more of these if I had the money tbh.
They look amazing, they have great ankle support, they fit snug on the feet but didn't have as much grip as I was expecting.
These shoes suck when it comes down to a real match because the grip on these are terriable but the flashy colors are really nice espically when ur standing on the podium they hold up good great ankle support to
I bought my 11 year old a pair of the impacts. The ones with the flames. The only good thing about these are the way they look when you take them out of the box. He wore them to one 1.5 hr practice. All the black came off around the tow from shooting. Then he wore them to a tourny. Wrestled 4 matches and the glue is coming apart on that holds the sole on. I have been in the wresting world for 30 years and out of buying 100s of shoes these are the cheapest ones I have ever bought. Wrestling Matt did say we could send them back but do to normal wear they probably wouldn’t do much. “ the black coming off the toe”
Shoes feel great, have a comfortable feel, and give off a sturdy vibe. I feel as if these won't be ripping any time soon. I tried them once, now buying them.
This shoe has great ankle support and can grip the mat very well. This shoe is also comfortable for wide feet.
Awesome
Recently bought the Adidas Flying Impacts and I really like them for the support and stability they offer. Great grip too!
VERY NICE
Shoe fit very tight around. Gave very good ankle support. Low flexibility, which helps keep strong stance, and high grip level.
They were my first wrestling shoes. They lasted 2 years, and did not break under normal circumstances. They were a fair price, on par with other shoes of the same quality. Overall very good shoes.
First of all these shoes have a great sleek look and the performance was good, but not the best. They also had no grip but they had great ft.
So far I've bought 3 pairs of shoes from here and they have all lasted me a very long time. The grip is really durable and they have never ripped on me. The quality of the shoes is great. I love competing in them.
The shoe looks cool but has 0 grip running any move is impossible chicken wings halfs, exc. not a good investment
does this shoe have a stuff area for the laces?
The shoes do not have a lace pocket

Do you have kid sizes. I’m looking for a size 5?
The Adult sizes for Adidas shoes begin at a size 4. If your wrestler is a size 5 they will be able to fit into these.

How long will it take to be delivered?
With our free delivery it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days although we can also do two day and next day delivery for an additional price, but it really depends on where you're having it shipped to. We are located in Irvine California so the closer you are to us the sooner you will receive a product. In some cases you can receive an item using free delivery within a day or two. Again it largely depends on where the item is being sent to in your case the Adidas Impact.

I am wondering about the color range in the red camo. It looks like the toe and heel reinforcement is either a maroon or brown shade of red. It also looks like the tongue and laces are kind of a bright orange red with the rest of the shoe being more of a true red. Would you say that's the case? (My son wanted orange, and that's been hard to find in mens this season. He likes Virginia Tech, so he thought these shoes would be cool if they had some maroon and some orange accenting the red. I'd rather not order them and have to return if that's not really the case.) Thanks!
The color of the shoe is only red and black. The reinforcement straps on the shoes are translucent, it only looks like a darker color due to the red material of the shoes.

How long has the yellow/silver/black Adidas Impact been out of stock? When do you expect to have them in stock?
The yellow/silver/black Impact is no longer going to be restocked.Adidas have discontinued that color way and will no longer be bringing it in.

Do you have them in youth size5
There is not a youth size 5 for these shoes. The "adult" size shoes begin in a size 4. Adidas shoes run strange because they have shoes that are "youth 4" but are the same exact size as an "adult 4". You should be good with an adult size 5.

When will you have the gray camo Adidas Impact back in stock in size 11? I have never had Adidas wrestling shoes before. I've stuck with Asics. I wear a size 11 that. Should I get the same for Adidas? I was looking at the Pretero III too. Thanks!
We should be receiving a shipment of Adidas here within the next week. We may also put a drop ship in through Adidas to have the shoe sent directly to your home. Adidas size differently so it would be good to go with a 10.5.

I am a size 6 in woman's. What size do I need to get for the Adidas impact?
Hello, i have wide feet. Are these shoes suitable for wide feet? If not, which shoes you gonna recommend me? I wear the adizero Wrestling 14 in size 12 at the moment and i feel uncomfortable with them because it feel's like them are to narrow.
The Adidas Impact are suitable for wide feet. From working with customers in store we have come to find the Adidas Impacts and the Adidas Mat Wizards are good for wrestlers that have wide feet. It would be best to go with a 12.5 if your feet are uncomfortable in your previous shoes.
Another suggestion for wide shoes would be the Nike Freek or the Nike Inflict. These shoes have a wider toebox allowing your foot to fit comfortably.

If my daughter wears a size 5, what size should I get her in the adidas impact?
My son wears a size 3 1/2 in the Adidas Combat speed four. What size would you recommend for him?
Since they are both Adidas shoes, they will have the same sizing. If your son is at the stage where he is growing pretty rapidly, I would recommend to go with a size 4 for the Impacts.

i wear a size 9 in mens nike wrestling shoes will a size 9 in addidas fit the same
Are the white/black/orange pair of the Impacts more red or actually orange? Haven't seen orange anywhere else and this would be great if you have an orange pair.
The color of the shoe is more of a Red/Orange color. Adidas has a specific name they have for that color and its Solar Red.

The size is U.S. or U.K. size in the web?
My son wears youth size 4 in his asics wrestling shoe. How would that equate to these adidas impact sizing? I am wanting to size up a bit for growth but would this size 4 be way too big?
The Adidas Impact fits normal for a wrestling shoe. I'd highly suggest getting the Impact size you think would work best with him in his current shoe : )

Hello, I'm looking for new shoes for my daughterecords. The last 2 years she has worn the Asics Omniflex and loved the lightweight flexibility of the shoes. Unfortunately the new Omniflex v2.0 don't fit her foot due to all of the straps (high arches). Do you have a recommendation for another shoe she may like? Thank you!
The ASICS Omniflex is a very light, highly flexible and high grip wrestling shoe. Although we have limited availability, the closest shoe we carry to the Omniflex is the Nike Hypersweep. I'd also suggest she check out the ASICS JB Elite V2. They are a personal favorite of mine and have a very strong mix of flexibility, light weight and high grip! : )

What is the ankle support like on the Flying Impact as compared to other shoes?
Out of all the shoes carried today, the Adidas Flying Impact has some of the best ankle support. The only other shoes that rival it are the Nike Freek & ASICS Aggressor.

Adam, yes the Adidas Impact shoes are released. However, we still have not received these from Adidas. As soon as we have the shoes in stock we will ship them. We are expecting to have them in about 2-3 weeks.
Answered by Joey on 20 Sep, 2016
When are they released?
The Adidas Impact is released as of Sept 15. Unfortunately release dates and ship dates do not always line up. We are still waiting on these shoes to be shipped to us from Adidas.

I ordered these last week. When do you think it will come in?
Derek - The latest word from Adidas is that the Flying Impact will be shipped to us (WrestlingMart) in about 2-3 weeks. I realize this can seem misleading because the "release date" was the 15th. Unfortunately, even though they are released, we do not have them in stock yet from Adidas.
Answered by Joey on 20 Sep, 2016
How do these fit?
Destin,
The Adidas Flying Impact fits true to size. It has the same fit as the Mat Wizard, Pretero III, Tech Fall, or Varner. It should be similar to a Combat Speed 4 too, but those have a little less padding so sometimes the Combat Speed 4 can fit slightly bigger than other Adidas shoes.
Answered by Joey on 23 Aug, 2016
When will these be shipped? Thanks!
The Adidas Flying Impact shoe is expected to ship mid to late September at this point. We initially thought it was coming in with some of the other Adidas shoes this summer, but the release date was pushed back.
