My son says these are fire!We have only had these for a week and a half. He had a pair of the Nike Tawas that did not last the whole HS season. They broke down pretty quickly then tore out. The Freeks look to be better quality in the toe area- hopefully we won’t have the same issue. He did say these run bigger than the Tawas and he can feel the extra room. We are hoping thicker socks help. One would think all Nikes size the same.
CBU is a solid program with a great coach. They put on a summer wrestling camp for youth wrestlers that is faith based and very instructional. We need faith based wrestlers, coaches and programs to keep our sport true to tradition.
Would love to see without red, but the fit is comfortable and grip works great on the mat.
