Nike Hypersweep wrestling shoes. There are hardly any appropriate words to describe them. Amazing. Beast. Perfect. When you have wrestling dreams in your sleep, you’re wearing Hypersweeps 60% of the time, all the time. This shoe is expertly designed for elite athletes that have dedicated countless hours of training training to be the best when competition time comes. They are one of the most lightweight and flexible shoes on the planet, and provide an incredibly comfortable glove-like fit. The upper features a brand new Hyperfuse upper that is made up of a 2 ply large hole mesh to help keep your feet cool and dry. The lace system is one of a kind Flywire technology that wraps more around the side of the shoe, rather than straight up the middle. This provides a much more secure and ergonomic fit and feel. While keeping your feet stabilized. For added stability, it also comes with an internal ankle strap and protection skeleton. One of the most notable and unique aspects of the Nike Hypersweep is the outsole. It’s made with less rubber than most wrestling shoes, but its advanced design provides great traction and grip no matter what kind of funky scramble you find yourself in. Finally, a high performance shoe that lives up to the hype.
“ The Nike HyperSweep is very lightweight and also has awesome grip. It has a "sock like" feel to it once broken in. Runs small and very narrow. Would recommend this shoe for COMPETITION only.”
“ The Nike HyperSweep is a great competition shoe that covers all of the bases that I was looking for in a wrestling shoe, with great grip, ankle support, and a lightweight snug fit.”
Good workers and supplies! Not as pricey and a good place to go. I would go here a lot if I could. WrestlingMart has good shoes that fit well.
I mean, just look at em
Really really really good products I ordered it online and it was pretty good
Grip was solid and ankle support was solid. I have a wide foot to begin with so it's not fair to pick on the shoe, however it was extra tight. The reflective toebox is an awesome detail, but the reflective surface began to split after about 5 practices. Good shoe unless you have a fat foot or put a lot of miles on them.
Shoes were very comfortable. Had very good grip on the mat. Good ankle grip and could walk around great.
Shoes had very disappointing grip. Slipped while running and shoe ripped within 3 months. Design detail very cool but doesn't offer much.
Really durable and has great grip to the mat. Has really good air flow throughout the shoe and is reliable.
These shoes were incredible and extremely grippy on the mat. I liked these shoes because I felt that they gave me an advantage and they are comfortable.
Nike HyperSweep has great grip compared to the Nike Freek and ASICS Aggressor. Nike has great products.
super comfy and have amazing ankle support. The traction is super good too. Would recommend
When I first put on my Hypersweeps, they felt like I was supported all over my foot. They feel very comfortable once they are broken in. They have good grip as well. They were so good I had to buy them again.
The shoe fits nice and perfect. The look is amazing. Fit perfect for wide feet.
I like the fact that the store had my shoe size! Great customer service!
These are the best Nike Hypersweeps you can own. They're so comfortable and the grip is amazing. This is the second pair I've owned and out of all the shoes here I would strongly recommend getting these shoes.
Light, good grip, and has a lot of style. Only good for narrow feet, but otherwise really good for wrestling.
The shoes last a while. They are really good competition shoes, and look nice and flashy.
The black Nike Hypersweeps are sturdy and reliable, but they run a little small on the width for people who have fat feet.
At first I was skeptical about the shoes. As soon as I tried them on, it made my foot as snug as a bug, with great flexibility.
Durable. Good fit. Doesn't rip. Don't wear out fast. In style and good-looking.
Narrow shoe stiff at first once it is broken in it will be the best shoe you’ve ever boughten.
My son loves this shoe. He's had almost every brand and style. The price is high. It's senior year, he has 4.8 and got ranked in state. So this was reward. You do have to get 1/2 a size up because it is a narrow shoe. Grip is great. Light weight.

I love the design, however i found that the bottoms are super stiff and not flexible at all.
Grip was very strong. Great for shooting, and the cloth on the nose was great for sliding and low moving. Had great ankle support. Not too high or low, so it didn't feel like it was digging into you. Overall great shoes!
The shoe was initially narrow, however after like two practices the shoe broke in and worked like a charm. I've had them for about a year now and they've held up well. I'm looking forward to practicing and competing with them in the new season. The price point was steep but the shoe suffices.
They are comfortable and give me good balance during matches. They look really good and people compliment me on them. They fit my feet well and have good traction on the mat.
Definitely a "bad***" shoe. Slim, fast, durable. So sexy you’ll want to marry with these shoes on your girlfriend. Comes in two colors of great design and great grip to destroy an enemy. You’ll definitely represent with these shoes and will never fail to flex them off to everyone.
Mildly comfortable. Super fresh. Reflecting material wears fast. Kind of durable. Grip is trash.
Very narrow shoe... I suggest getting half a size bigger if you don't like not feeling your feet.
Hypersweeps...gr8 feel on mat...solid new construction...gr8 wrestling shoe!
Is 7 nr 39 europan nr?
I bought these in a size 12 and have worn them one time, they are a bit tight, I was wondering if I could exchange them for a full refund or exchange them for a 12.5
If the shoes are still in "New" condition you are able to exchange them for a new size. If you have questions regarding the exchange, feel free to call in and speak with Jose. Jose is the rep that is in charge of the return/exchanges.

Lowest price gte means you match? Found them cheaper...they are out of stock, what do you need from me for proof?
Yes we will match the lowest price of a product as long as it's not from Amazon or Ebay, but the place that we are price matching with has to have that same specific size and color in stock for us to price match with them, If not we can't perform a price match. To get the new price you would have to come in the store or call us and make the order over phone.

I have always been an Asics guy but I don't think I can pass on these. How do they fit? I am usually a 7 in Asics.

If I'm size 7 in Freeks and they fit perfect what size should I get in hypersweeps
The Freeks only start at a size 8 so I think you may be referring to the Inflicts. For the Hypersweeps it would be good to go with the 7.5.

I wear a 9.5 in freeks and they are snug as hell, should i order a 10 with the sweeps?
If your Freeks feel tight in a 9.5, HyperSweeps are just as snug. It would be better to go with a 10.5 for HyperSweep.

Will Nike be releasing new colors for hypersweeps this year?
As of now, we have not received any word from Nike about releasing new colors.
Answered by Joey P. on 07 Aug, 2017
I am interested in buying this shoe, but I have wide feet should I go half a size bigger or just go with the freaks
If you have wide feet the Nike Hypersweep would not be the perfect fit for you. It is really narrow compared to the Nike Freek. If you have wide feet the Nike Freek would be the better fitting shoe for you. The Freek has more room in the toe box for better comfort.
Answered by Joey P. on 01 Aug, 2017
I have a high arched foot would you recommend the hypersweeps to someone with feet high arched?
The Nike Hypersweep does not have much cusion wear your arch is. The Nike Freek would be a better option for you. It has the best comfort level out of all the Nike shoes.

For the hypersweep shoe are the colors two different for right and left? I scrolled thru the pics you have and they show white on the left.
The white only comes out when you take a picture of the shoe with the flash on. The shoes are all black with the lime green eyelets.
Answered by Joey P. on 24 Mar, 2017
What is the durability of these shoes like?
The Hypersweeps are tournament only shoes. If you are going to be wearing them for practice and tournaments they will not last as long.

If I'm a 10 1/2 in freeks would it be a good idea to order a 12 or would that be pushing it and id just order a bigger size than I need?
I would go up 1 whole size, so an 11.5 would be good. The size 12 would be too big.
Answered by Joey P. on 14 Feb, 2017
What size r the laces
Just checked out Nikes website for shoe lace length and it goes by eyelets on the shoe. There is 14 eyelets (7 each side) so the length will be 72". If you need more info for the laces check out the link.

When do you expect to have more sizes in stock? Can a size be ordered?
At the moment we are not too sure if we will be receiving any more Hypersweeps. Nike is also out of stock on the Hypersweep. These shoes are a really hot item and once they are in stock, they usually sell out within a few days. Unfortunately an order cannot be placed for the Hypersweeps at the moment.

Do you have the pair with the white stripe on the front
The black Hypersweep is the one with the white stripe. The white stripe only appears on the shoe when you take a picture of the shoe with the flash on.

I'm a size 14 should I get a size bigger?
I would say go with a 15 in the Hypersweep. These shoes have been running pretty small.
Answered by Joey P. on 29 Nov, 2016
I got these in a 9.5 and when I walk the material that is on the inside of my foot kind of moves and makes a cracking noise, is that because they are too wide on my foot?
That might be the reason the shoes are making the funny sound. The Hypersweeps are a really narrow shoe and are usually meant for competition only. If you are wearing them for practice and tournaments, they won't last long.
Answered by Joey P. on 29 Nov, 2016
I was wondering if these shoes rip easily because my last shoes i got were the nike freeks and those ripped very fast and I don't want this to happen again. How durable are these shoes?
These shoes are mostly for competition only. If you were to wear them day in and day out for practice and tournaments, they wouldn't last long.

So I have the Nike Freeks, and they are a size 10. What size do you suggest me get in the Nike Hypersweep?
Nike shoes tend to run small and the Hypersweep is the smallest on the Nike line. If you're already wearing a Freek, I'd try a 10.5 in the Hypersweep.
Answered by Dave Applegate on 01 Nov, 2016
If I wear an 11 in the Adidas Combat Speed 4, what would be the closest size to get the Hypersweep in? I was thinking an 11.5 or 12! Thanks for the help!

I've worn my vintage Nike Greco wrestling shoes for many years. Looking for replacements some years ago, I found a Nike Classic shoe. Cant find anything similar now. My shoes are duck taped and shoe gooed. Time for replacement. What do you recommend that's similar?
Those are some bitchin old school shoes. Make sure to save your Nike Grecos... some people will pay big money for those : ) I'd say the Nike Takedown or Inflict are probably the closest to the Nike Grecos. The Hypersweep is a great replacement shoe though. Our staff loves them!
Answered by Dave Applegate on 17 Oct, 2016
I see that the Red White and Blue colorway will be up for sale sometime in November, my question is will there be other colorways coming as well? I have seen pictures online of potential colorways and I'm curious as to whether or not they will definitely be for sale this year. Thanks
Nike has decided not to release any more colorways of the Hypersweep this season. The companies that acted like the red/white/blue Hypersweep was available for sale had to cancel all of their customer's orders. Hopefully, next year we will have a few more Hypersweep colors to choose from! : )
Answered by Dave Applegate on 17 Oct, 2016
Some of the photos have a white patch section in the front will that be on the actual shoe?
Yes, the white patch that appears on the shoe only shows up when you take a picture with the flash on.
Answered by Joey P. on 13 Oct, 2016
In nikes an 8 gives me a perfect fit if these run small what size should I get.
The Hypersweep does run a little bit tighter than the Freek or the Inflict. I would recommend going up half a size.
Answered by Joey P. on 13 Oct, 2016
Are these shoes strictly for competition or can you practice with them, and how long will these shoes last?
These shoes would be considered more of a competition only shoe, but you can wear them for practice. The longevity of the shoe depends on how much work you are going to be putting them through. If you’re going to be wearing them for both competition and practice they won’t last as long.
Answered by Joey P. on 11 Oct, 2016
I wear a size 11 in asic matflexs. Would these fit similar?
The sizing on the Matflex is different compared to the Hypersweep. ASICS and Nike have different sizing for their wrestling shoes. The Hypersweep is a bit more snug, so I would recommend going up half a size.
Answered by Joey P. on 13 Oct, 2016
I see that size 7.5 is backordered but will be delivered Oct 15 and I think that will fit my son. If it does not fit when do you expect the size 8 to be in? Thanks
We are expecting our next order of Nike Hypersweeps to come in the next 2-3 weeks : ) If you give us a call, we can reserve a shoe for you.
Answered by Dave Applegate on 17 Oct, 2016
I wear a 10.5 in JB elite V2's. What size will this translate to in the hypersweep?
The Nike Hypersweep is a solid sole wrestling shoe with a lot of grip and a surprising amount of flexibility. The ASICS JB Elite V2 is a split sole wrestling shoe. If you're looking for a shoe with the highest amount of flexibility possible, the JB Elite V2 will still have the Hypersweep beat. That being said, the Nike Hypersweep is Nike's top-of-the-line wrestling shoe and has a lot more grip than the JB Elite, without sacrificing too much flexibility.

Do they glow in the dark?
Although it might look like it a little bit from our pictures, the Nike Hypersweeps do not glow in the dark. They have a special reflective material on them that changes from black to white in the presence of a flash of light. If you're on the final mat, your Hypersweeps will look different in all the pictures people are taking!
Answered by Dave Applegate on 03 Oct, 2016
How do the sizing on these
From my experience and seeing people try on the Nike Hypersweeps in our store, they seem to run 1/2 a size to a full size small : )
Answered by Dave Applegate on 03 Oct, 2016
How do these fit?
The Nike Hypersweeps are a little bit narrow towards the toe and tend to run a bit small. I'd suggest going 1/2 to a full size down : )
