The Throwback Headgear:

The WrestlingMart Throwback Headgear is one of the newest additions to WrestlingMart’s private label product offering. This ear guard features 4 fully adjustable vinyl straps for the top and back of your head, as well as one strap to go under the chin and secure things in place. To protect your ears, there are two hard plastic shells surrounded by nice comfy foam pads so you stay comfy. Using the feedback we’ve gotten from customers over the years, we saw some ways that we could improve upon the classic-style headgear design.  Very often, wrestlers like the “old school” look, but have trouble hearing out of them. Rather than leaving only 3 or 4 small vent holes, we decided to make 6 much larger holes that offer superior audibility without sacrificing protection or durability. Try out a pair today and you’ll be amazed by all the things you can hear your coach yelling at you from the corner!

    The headgear is very comfortable and cushions any slam on it very effectively. The different colors allow you to express yourself freely and represent your school's colors. The holes in it allow you to hear your coaches yelling, but not so much because everyone else is yelling. But great over time.

    Headgear is durable and held up against a lot of abuse. The extra holes allow me to hear my coaches. The multiple colors are also nice.

    How do I know if it will fit? I'm 16

    This headgear is designed to fit wrestlers that are age 12 and older. The headgear has adjustable vinyl straps, so it can be made larger or smaller.

    I'm not sure how to adjust the white straps that fit over the top of the head? They are to long . I squeezed them back thru the piece but it is very hard to squeeze thru.

    The headgear that have the straps are usually the hardest to adjust but the best when it comes to durability.
