What is WrestlingMart's return and exchange policy? |

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days from the purchase date - all original tags MUST be attached. We'll send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that too. Returns without an exchange will result in a $25 restocking fee. - Shoe Size Insurance
WrestlingMart offers $12.95 insurance for any shoe order returns to cover all related shipping costs incurred for the free exchange if the wrestling shoe ordered doesn't fit properly or you don’t like the color or style. Customers must call 1.888.887.8893 to get authorization from WrestlingMart to pay for the shipping of the shoes back to inventory, and then another pair will be sent back to the customer with prepaid shipping. Returns must be unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, and returned within 30 days of receipt of goods.

You can always return merchandise purchased online to our WrestlingMart showroom. Be sure to call 1.888.887.8893 for showroom hours. When you come in remember to bring your original invoice, photo ID and the credit card you used to place the order. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid less restocking fee, or exchanged at equal value.
- Mail it in
Please do not use the original merchandise box (e.g., shoe box) as a shipping container. The original merchandise box must not be damaged and free of tape and mailing information when returns are made. Merchandise containers damaged may incur charges for replacement.
For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or showroom receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
For exchanges: Note "exchange" on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
Easy exchange: Return merchandise with the original invoice to the address below, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 1.888.887.8893 anytime. In-stock items will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Things to keep in mind...
