Our show room is open:

2. Do you offer a discount for large orders or team orders?

Yes - we do! Our team pricing is competitive with other dealers. Please give us a call at 1.888.887.8893 to get your best team or large order pricing.

3. How can I place an order?

You can order online 24 hours a day. If you prefer to order by phone (1.888.887.8893) our phone hours are **8 AM to 5:00 PM** Monday-Friday Pacific time. You can also fax an order to us at 949.727.3268.

4. What is the difference between youth and adult sizes?

Youth sizes are typically for wrestlers in elementary school or middle school. Most of our products have sizing recommendations. For a complete list of youth products that we carry, click here.

6. Why are WrestlingMart.Com's prices different from their competitors?

We price shop our major competitors regularly. After you add their shipping costs, which are usually higher than ours, we find our prices are usually equal to or less than our competitors.

7. Do you price match?

Yes - we do, but not on Sale or Specially Priced items. We offer everyday great prices. You can shop confidently that you are paying a fair price for your gear.

8. Where can you ship to?

We are able to ship within the United States, and to U.S. Military Bases overseas. We typically ship packages to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

9. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer FedEx Real Time shipping for online orders. Call 1.888.887.8893 for a rush order or for shipping pricing.

10. What is a FedEx Tracking Number?

With a FedEx Tracking Number you can track the status of your package from the time it leaves our store to the time it arrives at your house. You can track your package by visiting our Track Your Order page.

11. What types of payment are possible?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept money orders and personal checks. All money orders and checks must be mailed in to us before we ship the order. All orders paid for by check will be held for 7-10 business days until the check clears. Orders paid by money order or certified check will be shipped within 1 -2 business days of receipt. Orders can also be placed via Purchase Orders. All Purchase Orders must be on official company letterhead and will be verified before the order is shipped. Payment terms on Purchase Orders are 30 days. Please mail all checks, money orders, and purchase orders to:

12. What is the difference between a Billing Address and Shipping Address?

The Billing Address is the address that is on file with your credit card company. The Billing Address must match what your credit card company has on file in order for us to process the order. This helps prevent fraudulent orders. The Shipping Address is the address you are having your order sent.

13. What does it mean when you say that my credit card Billing Address information doesn't match?

This means that the address you provided for billing does not match what your bank has on file as the billing address for the credit card that was entered. Please provide the address where your credit card statement is delivered.

14. What does it mean when you say that my credit card has been declined?

Typically a credit card comes up declined if you accidentally typed in the card number or expiration date incorrectly. The credit card will also come up as declined if you do not have sufficient funds available to cover your order.

15. What is security code/v-code/card code?

This is a 3 or 4 digit code that appears either on the front or back of your credit card. This code ensures that you possess the card and prevents fraud. On most credit cards, this code is found on the back of the card at the end of the signature line, but on an American Express card it is found on the front of the card to the right of the card number.

16. Why do you verify all of this credit card information?

We verify the billing address and security code to make sure you are the actual credit card holder. Our policies are strict but they allow us to offer you competitive prices by reducing fraudulent orders.

18. What is Shoe Insurance?

WrestlingMart offers $12.95 insurance for any shoe order returns to cover all related shipping costs incurred for the free exchange if the wrestling shoe ordered doesn't fit properly or you don’t like the color or style. Customers must call 1.888.887.8893 to get authorization from WrestlingMart to pay for the shipping of the shoes back to inventory, and then another pair will be sent back to the customer with prepaid shipping. Returns must be unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, and returned within 30 days of receipt of goods.
