WrestlingMart.com is a new division of Wrestling Camps of America,
which has been serving the wrestling community for 36 years. Vaughan
Hitchcock started it with his first wrestling camp in 1967. During this
time Vaughan Hitchcock (1976 Olympic Greco-Roman Coach and 8 time Cal Poly
NCAA Division II Champion) and his team of coaches trained more than 42,000
high school and college wrestlers. In 2001, Vaughan turned his camps over
to John Azevedo (NCAA Champion and 1980 Olympian). The Hitchcock/Azevedo
Wrestling Camp is considered by many to be the best wrestling technique camp
in the country. Last year, over 800 wrestlers attended the camps in Olympic
Valley, California (site of the 1960 Winter Olympics at Squaw Valley USA).
We
recently expanded our services to include wrestling gear. Our goal is
to provide wrestling teams with the best gear at reasonable prices.
What makes us different is that we have wrestlers working at the company. Our staff
includes California High School State Champions (both as individuals and as
a coach), NCAA All-Americans, and National Champions along with coaching
experience at the junior club, high school, college, and international
levels. This provides us an understanding of what motivates wrestlers and
what coaches want, need, and deserve from a wrestling supplier. In
addition, our net profits will go back to the wrestling community to help
support clinics, junior clubs, high school, and college wrestling. At
Wrestling Camps of America, our Team Sales Division is here to work with
you. Together we will work to promote wrestling and enhance everyone's
understanding of the greatest sport in the world!
